Lee is a Broker Associate with The Group Real Estate. On a team with Best of the Boat agent, Michelle Parilla and Rachel Elston, they have partnered together to create the Parilla Team. As a past member of the Steamboat Springs Planning Commission, Lee has been up close and personal with the planning process for building, zoning & remodeling projects throughout the Steamboat Area. Lee specializes in homes sales to full or part time residents in Steamboat Springs, Oak Creek, Hayden, Craig or Clark, with a specialty of working with first-time home buyers, introducing them to the quirks of the Steamboat Market.

Prior to real estate, Lee was the Vice President of a luxury catering and event company in Chicago & specialized in matching clients with the right venue and vendors for the special events. Lee parlayed her networking, marketing skills & love of finding the right fit for her clients seamlessly to her real estate career.

Leveraging her experience as a successful business owner, Lee is known for outstanding customer service, 24/7 availability, high tech marketing techniques & personal touches. She is a skilled negotiator with the client’s best interests at heart. Lee is probably walking her dog, hanging out with her adorable nephews, volunteering her time on the Routt County Humane Society, cross country skiing, hiking or maybe even fly-fishing, or more accurately throwing flies into trees. She is also probably taking an online class, learning about the newest & best marketing techniques & real estate trends and tips.
